The article presents the activities under project STRATEGY-TRAIN of the Agency for regional development – town of Stara Zagora. According to this project a program for education is provided for the strategic development and management of the firms. It is directed towards the people who are in charge of responsibilities and taking decisions in the small enterprises. The learning program is combined and flexible, in conformity with the specific needs of the target group as regards time and place and includes different forms of learning – attendance and in electronic variety ( on-line). The module learning plan will be intended for workers and employees of various levels of education, from different sectors and it is adapted to the practical needs of the target groups. Basically, these are managers and owners of small enterprises but the results of it will be extremely useful for teachers, mentors and consultants.

The project STRATEGY-TRAIN provides for the development of a program for learning about strategies of the company and strategic management.
