The purpose of this study is to determine the misconceptions of ninth, tenth and eleventh class students about the term: solubility. This population of the study was comprised of three hundred high school students in Karadeniz Ereğli. Misconceptions regarding solubility were stated by cross-table analyses.

COMMENTS ON THIS DOCUMENT:

The study concluded that students had misconceptions especially related to solvent and dissolver type and it is useful for high school teachers and academicians working on misconceptions.
