Eight years of didactic chemistry laboratory

The author describes her experience as a chemistry teacher in a secondary school and in the SSIS school. She argues that not only knowledge is necessary to teach, but also the ability to transmit knowledge. For this reason, the main requirements of the SSIS school should be to provide future teachers with the following three abilities: to merge technical and pedagogical knowledge, to have a solid scientific background and to merge didactics laboratory and laboratory didactics.
The merit of the paper is to have as starting point the direct professional experience of the author and not only didactics theory.
