The Strategy of LLL in the CR is a fundamental document for other concepts and policies in this area and constitutes a comprehensive concept for lifelong learning; it is based on analysis of the strategic documents of the EU and the CR that are related to the LLL concept.
The document consist of 4 parts:
• The concept of LLL (definition and development of the concept, EU strategic documents, CR strategic documents)
• Analytical part (analysis of current situation)
• Strategic part (goals, visions and proposals)
• Interconnection of strategic directions, priorities of related operational programmes

As an official and fundamental document, the Strategy does not deal neither with specific fields of education nor with its implementation phase. However, it represents comprehensive concept of LLL in the CR and should become a fundamental program document.
