The experimental program started in 1998 primarily as a response to TIMSS. The project provides a development of teaching by the teachers at the base and a permanent establishment of quality methods in the departments of the schools. This new philosophy is based on basis orientation, sustainability and broad effect. Active, self dependent and cooperative vocational training of teachers are the guidelines of the program and the starting point for a continuous training within schools.

The informations available at the end of the model program, confirm the successful implementation of the development of education, quality assurance and professionalism of the participating schools.
