The paper shows how the identification of strengths and weaknesses and the individual facilitation of several pupils can succeed. Furthermore, it shows how the teachers can draw conclusions about their own courses by the use of diagnostic instruments and self-reflection.
The publication has the aim to make learning processes visible and to give guidance for the improvement of teaching. Practical material is included.
