Česká hlava s.r.o. (The Czech Head, Ltd.)

Nationwide contest for elementary and secondary school students in 5 scientific categories, accompanied by the series of lectures called “Hlavičkiáda”; multiannual base since 2007.
The project is carried out in the cooperation with University of Economics in Prague, Ministry of Education and other partners.

Project aimed at the support of talented young students mostly in scientific subjects and enhancing their motivation for further education in this field.

Elementary and secondary school students

Contest in 5 scientific categories; serial of lectures on scientific topics together with the excursion to top research laboratories with the presence of top researcher from the field.conferences, private investment into science and research, activities to promote cooperation between research and application, etc.

National

In 2010 the 3rd year of the initiative that springs off from the established initiative Czech Head for experienced researchers.

Good initiative to support the interest of young people in scientific career; students have the possibility to participate in the contest and at the same time to see the reality of contemporary research and get more knowledge from “real-life” scientists.
