TITLE OF THE INITIATIVE:

Nature Training and Science Camps

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIATIVE:

Science and Social Projects aim information to be transfered to the society understandably, and while doing that it aims to visualize information as much as possible and to support it with interactive applications.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INITIATIVE:

In these projects the important thing is not transfering information as much as possible through classical education methods but to trigger curiosity feelings and research and learning desires by making participants aware of simple scientific facts.

TARGET GROUP OF THE EVENT:

Primary school, secondary education and higher education students constitute the target group of these studies.

ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EVENT:

Students will learn science by personally being present in the learning environment where they can learn science by experiencing.

IMPACT OF THE EVENT:

It creates desire to become a scientist in future because the students learn the subjects with the studies they do on their own.

RESULTS REACHED:

Projects are submitted regularly each year by scientists who want to carry out this kind of studies and the costs of these projects are sponsored by TUBİTAK.

EVALUATION OF THE INITIATIVE:

Information acquisition of students after projects is evaluated regularly.
