New activities under the sector Lifelong Learning Program Grundtvig and results of the meeting of 25 Bulgarian universities members of the National group of advisers on the Bologna process 2008/2009 are described. A new project "PAPILL - Policies and practices in lifelong learning" is presented. The project has the ambitious goal within 12 months to prepare a comparative analysis of strategies and practices in lifelong learning in 9 European countries, 3 European region, which will show international experience in the design, implementation, coordination and cooperation between institutions at European, regional, national and local level to promote the learning process at all ages, sectors and forms of education and training.
This Newsletter will be a useful tool for publicity of all activities and projects related to Lifelong Learning Program. Generated data is related to meetings held by organizations, awarded projects under the Lifelong Learning program andl its divisions.
