BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INITIATIVE:

The Exploratorium Potsdam is a scientific hands-on museum for children from 5 to 13 years since 2004.

OBJECTIVE OF THE INITIATIVE:

In the Exploratorium Potsdam, children of all ages will develop their interest for science and technology in a playful way. This initiative wants to revive an awareness of the scientific foundations of our modern life. By giving children appropriate scientific knowledge they can early become familiar with the understanding of the natural sciences. Through the fusion of game and learning in the early years, a positive attitude towards science and research can be built.
