Associated Partners

The following associated partners officially joined the project in order to contribute to the improvement of the project impact on their target groups and to ensure the project sustainability by continuing using the project deliverables in the next years.
  • Aprilov National High School in Gabrovo (Bulgaria)
    Aprilov National High School in Gabrovo is the first modern secular school in Bulgaria (opened 1835). The school is of national importance and provides with high quality secondary degree education. The school joined the project as associated partner as they are willing to contribute to the dissemination of its results as well as to their sustainability.
  • Burgas University (Bulgaria)
    Burgas is a State University providing specialized education in Chemical technology The University became an official associated partner of the project because they are willing to contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the results.
  • TBS Consulting – Sofia (Bulgaria)
    TBS Consulting provides professional and qualification training for adults . They joined the project as associated partner and are willing to support the dissemination and exploitation of the project outcomes and results.
  • Centre of Administration and Operations of ASCR (Czech Republic)
    The Centre of Administration and Operations of ASCR has joined the Chemistry is All Around Us project as associated partner because they are interested in its results. The Centre will contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the Chemistry is All Around Us project results. In order to contribute to the dissemination and exploitation activities, the Centre will use the Open Sciences web site, the organization of practical seminars for teachers, public lectures during conferences etc.
  • Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (Czech Republic)
    The Czech Ministry of Education officially joined the Chemistry is All Around Us Project as Associated partner. The Ministry shares the objectives of the project and recognizes the strategic importance of its results. It has undertaken the responsibility to promote the dissemination of the project and to contribute to the exploitation of its results.
  • KOWA (Germany)
    KOWA is the centre for cooperation between science and the working world at the European University Viadrina. KOWA is working within a network of other centres for cooperation in the north-east of Germany (KONO) and member of the “Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Kooperationsstellen (BAG), they also have close links to the DGB. They join the project with the committment to promote, through their network, to the dissemination of the project and to contribute to the exploitation of its results.
  • Weiterbildungszentrum (Germany)
    The Weiterbildungszentrum (WBZ) Eberswalde is a technical-oriented vocational training centre providing seminars for a wide range of customers.The WBZ Eberswalde belongs to a network of vocational training centres in five federal states of Germany. Weiterbildungszentrum joined the project as associated partner with the purpose to contribute to its dissemination and exploitation that will also be made making reference to the network of the centre.
  • Technological Educational Institute of Crete (Greece)
    The Department of Natural Resources and the Environment, of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete joined the project as associated partner with the aim to promote the project’s dissemination and impact on the Institutes’ stakeholders.
  • Democritus University of Thrace (Greece)
    The Medical School, Laboratory of Hygiene and Environmental Protection, of Thrace joined the project as associated partner. They share the project objectives and are interested in exploiting its results. Their aim is to contribute to project’s dissemination and sustainability.
  • National Technical University of Athens - Department of Chemical Engineering (Greece)
    The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) is the oldest tertiary education institution in Greece. The Department of Chemical Engineering consists of 84 faculty members divided in four divisions. They officially joined the project as associated partner as they support the project’s objectives and recognize the strategic importance of its results. As associated partner they will also contribute to the dissemination and exploitation of the project’s outcomes.
  • Genoa City Council (Italy)
    The Department of Cultural Projects, Politics for Youth, Development of Innovation and Knowledge, Genoa joined the project as associated partner as they share its objectives and they are interested in the project’s results.
  • Italian Society for Chemistry (Italy)
    The Italian Society of Chemistry i san organization, composed by chemistry researchers and organized in regional branches, with the aim to promote the knowledge of chemistry. They are based in Rome (Italy). They joined the project as associated partner as they share its objectives and they are interested in the project’s outcomes.
  • Liguria Regional Agency for Labour (Italy)
    The Agency acts as observatory on the labour market and as a monitor on the labour and training policies. They are based in , Genoa (Italy). They became associated partner of the project because they are interested in the project’s results and are willing to exploit them as well as disseminate them.
  • Sakarya University (Turkey)
    Sakarya University, Institute of Education Sciences officially joined the project as associated partner. Sakarya University has strong relations with several national and international education bodies, especially at higher education level. The University is interested in the project results and is willing to use them with their staff and students. The University is contributing to the project dissemination and to its impact on the internal staff as well as on the higher education institutions they are networked with.
  • Directorate of National Education (Turkey)
    The Research and Development Department of the Directorate of National Education in Turkey officially joined the project as associated partner. The role of the authority is to assist in the implementation of the project at national level.
